Methodology
On this basis, Werk Insight, a B2B market research agency, interviewed 120 investment industry professionals to gauge if their firm plans to participate in investment industry trends in 2026, and whether they thought a trend was positive or negative for the industry.
At Werk Insight, we only collect data using computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI) and video interviews – no online survey panels. All individuals included in this analysis were custom-recruited and validated to ensure that they make decisions on financial technology investments within their organization. These individuals:
- Primarily work in wealth/portfolio management, financial data/tech infrastructure, or compliance roles.
- Work at asset management, wealth management, or financial advisory firms with at least 50 employees.
- Located in the United States or the United Kingdom.
The data was collected in Q3 2025 and individuals were compensated for their time.
