Nik Werk: I’m particularly proud of how collaborative and communicative we are when we work with clients.

We spend lot of time to answer your research questions, to help you relay it to your colleagues internally, and make sure that the insights are ultimately acted upon and not rejected by stakeholders in the organization.

I think the other reason why clients come back to us is the concrete recommendations we build into the outcomes of every project. We are used to working with very senior stakeholders and are often trusted to present to the C-suite and leadership in client organizations. As well as helping embed the findings across the business, whether that’s through implementing a segmentation typing tool or a workshop to get people used to a different way to look at the market.
